Productivity V orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. During high-volume periods,
processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (US & Canada): The average
shipping time is 5 to 12 business days.

International Shipping: Average shipping time is 10 to
20 business days.

Shipments to the Middle East and other regions may face extended delivery
times due to global service delays.

Customs & Duties for International Orders: Shipping
costs cover transportation only.

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes,
paid by the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with
Productivity V, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

Eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Applies only to the first order of Productivity V capsules. Subsequent
shipments, sale items, or limited edition

products are not eligible for returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, VAT, or duties.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email support@workwell.com with

your order details and reason for return or exchange.

2. Packaging: Ensure the product is in its original
packaging and condition.

3. Shipping: Follow the provided instructions for
returning the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Processing: Returns are inspected and processed
within 2-5 business days.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Allow a few billing cycles for the credit to appear, subject to your card
issuer's policies.

We cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit. Use a trackable shipping
service or purchase shipping insurance for returns.

Exceptions:

Opened or used products are not returnable unless defective, due to hygiene
and health safety reasons.

Additional Information:

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may result in additional shipping
charges for reshipment.

Immediately report defective or damaged products for replacement or
exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products do not meet
our criteria or are tampered with.
